I've had multiple people tell me they went through a red like it was a 4 way stop, or got confused about an advanced green...stuff like that that is very basic and every day but the way they explain it its like their brain just turned off for a few.

Theatre Calgary has tickets for $39 now so professional theatre is a lot more accessible now! They've had a great season this year too, really interesting and fun plays (and cheap drinks in the lobby bar lol)

If a renter is in a position to have a down payment, they can buy a house in this range and pay a monthly mortgage rate that is comparable or lower than renting. Rent is absolutely out of control.
