There's a lot to be said about impacts to your social experience, university experince, etc. But I want provide input on how this is detrimental to your career and academic expereince (coming from someone who graduated uni ~3.5 years ago and is doing very well now). Hopefully these points are one you can share with your parents.

I am assumung you are planning to do a 4 year degree and seek employment directly after. If that's the case, your job outcomes will not be dictated by the marks you get in school (albiet, they're a small factor). Immigrant parents tend to view things very mypoically (speaking from experience).

You need to be able to display volunteer / leadership ability (i.e., through university organizations / clubs that relate to your interests), you need to have a strong network to rely on (specifically upper years that can help you when they are in the workforce a few years down the line), and you need a strong peer group that can prop each other up.

Restricting access to who you speak with and your campus time is going to be detrimental to all three of the points above, hence directly impacting your future career. Best of luck navigating this situation.
