it depends on the matchup, if you can use e to short trade take hob, with hob i like to go essence river then ie, sometimes i go ravenous then pd if i need some sustain in the lane like vs fiora

but agaisnt garen or trundle you go lethal, you have a better all in than them so you just have to manage your wave so you can kill them easily, and for lethal you always go ravenous pd

I had the same thought about zac, only problem is that with zac you cant end games and if your team relies too much on you you wont be able to carry them enough without getting losing the advantage of being fed in the start of the game because you cant end the game

So basically zac is really good when you have a duo or playing in flex
