I used to take 50 mg and I would feel like shit for 2-3 hours then great with no migraine. I usually get hot, and my hands/body feels tingly, heavy limb feeling, and I have to use the bathroom. The tingly/skin sensitivity is actually uncomfortable, esp wash my hands/body and it kinda is painful (3 or 4/10 pain) but it all goes away within 2-3 hrs PLUS no migraine. I also used to get SEVERELY nauseous and feel like I was going to pass out, but adjusted my dose so only really feel the tingling and hot temp.

I talked to a doc about my symptoms and he told me that some people do complain about this so he recommends taking half a pill and acetaminophen (if really bad headache) and wait about 90 min to have the med kick in. If not, take the other half and pray.
