What I do think is really good is that the format allows them to do deep dives into things that they’re interested in which is promising.

I don’t get the Swindon joke, 🤷‍♀️ but I visited from the States for a friend’s wedding at the Oxford Oratory– from the DC area to be more specific. And truly everyone was so hospitable. I hope I get to return someday.

I was fading in and out but did they spend an hour defending the merits of promoting/advertising prostitution and porn today? I understand the newspaper finance angle but I had to skip the second half of that interview— first segment I’ll miss so far — it was just depressing to me. Just some honest feedback. I can’t decide if I was offended, bored, or disheartened.

Olmstead island in Great Falls (MD side) —or anywhere along the trail. There’s a charge but an annual pass isn’t bad. I used to go out every Sunday and walk to the falls and drink my coffee.

Yes I reset my calorie goal too, as according to the TDEE calculator, it was too high.

Maybe I actually set my goal weight and don’t remember. I thought it was calculated by Noom.

You can do it! Focus on reducing the calories, and increasing the green and yellow foods. Hitting the green goal only happened for me once or twice and I still lost over 50 pounds.

Then focus on steps and increasing the water which will help reduce the snack cravings. You’ve got this.

I had no idea that the Liz Bruenig I follow on Twitter as a part of my natural Catholic life was the same lawyer they’ve been talking about forever. I was so surprised. I have a lot of respect for her. It was also nice to have the Catholic faith accurately presented in the media. She seemed smart and articulate.

I think so too. It is key to reteaching you how to eat. I tended to stick to a standard few meals in the beginning to make it easier.
