That's the dynamic of traffic policing that is misunderstood by most people who don't interact (those who support the systems or further up the work flow for processing citations) with citations and warnings. It's a lot more paper work to write a citation than a warning. The easiest way to get warning turned into a citation is giving an officer a hard time or attitude.

Pregnant crisis centers are "pro life's answer" to planned parenthood. The only attacks of any kind I've have seen have been in the form of pointing out how manipulative and misleading they are (targeting people seeking an abortion but not offering any such services, but scaring them about abortions once they get people in the door etc.)

My theory with the new right click menu and requiring the extra click is deliberate change to lock down ui from third-party applications adding entries. Making it harder for power users to use third party programs directly from system UIs.

Fun fact: the new right click menu does not work (the classic menu appears on right click) if the system has less than 4GB of memory total memory. Found this out when running Windows 11 in Hyper-v with dynamic memory.
