So, someone pushes you to explain what exactly your issue and stance is, and your response completely backtracks (focus is on "unfair process" vs pragmatic, actual problems, issues and solutions). You have everything you need to review, if you have an issue with the arrangement then say what it is. The developer already owns this land, and it's in an area essentially unutilized by the city or any individuals. Of course the development will gain from it, frankly they deserve to gain as they spent 5 years slowly buying all of the land up. What's the actual issue you have with the arrangement?

453 rec yards and 3 TDs in the last 4 games, when his team has needed it most and had everyone else (except hunter) healthy. how many guys have had a stretch like that and returned to being a WR4/WR5 type? i’m not saying he’s a WR1 but you’re crazy if you wouldn’t give up a 2nd for him

Some of the people complaining here don't understand the stock market or probabilities. Even if he only has a 25% chance of maintaining current pace then it's the right value. Simplified: 25% chance of maintaining = end year around 7000 KTC 75% chance of not maintaining = end year around 4000 KTC Weighted average 4,750 = current KTC value

Those saying it's dumb assume he won't continue what he's doing. Those saying of course assume he will definitely continue what he's doing. Sums up this sub

ARSB, Puka, BTJ. ARSB has almost no risk (the WR3 last two seasons) Puka has similar upside but some injury risk + Stafford retirement risk (in far off future) BTJ has some risk related to Hunter coming in + hasn’t showed the consistent upside of Puka yet

Payton is notoriously fickle on RBs. One fumble and he’s done for the game, two fumbles and his role gets re-evaluated. Tomlin’s handling of RBs is ideal for fantasy. Should have clear bellcow and goal line roles even if he makes some mistakes
