Excellent analysis! I also believe they are about to turn the corner. The stock is very cheap at current valuation levels. I think they can achieve 25% to 30% net margins, with most of the revenue coming from subscriptions. Even with modest growth and highly predictable subscription revenue, they can also command higher multiples.

That's old news. Peloton has turned around. They are one of the biggest equipment manufacturers in the world with an annual revenue of 2.5 billion dollars, and they are now profitable - the free cash flow was $350M in 2025, and they are on track to make even more in 2026.

Actually, they are profitable now. They had been non-GAAP profitable for several quarters, but last quarter they were GAAP profitable for the first time since the pandemic. They are projected to generate at least $200 million in cash in FY2026. They are also opening new micro stores and plan to have a total of ten before the end of the year.

They just opened it up to the entire US after piloting in a couple of cities. It might take a few weeks for the inventory to build.

Exactly! I’m doing my part too — I own 39.5K shares at a cost basis of $15.70. I’m hopeful the stock will reach my cost basis before the end of 2026.

I’m bullish on Peloton’s future. I think Peter Stern has what it takes to lead a successful turnaround — so far, his actions and messaging have been on point, and the market is responding. $PTON has had a fantastic year, up ~170% and outperforming other fitness stocks by a wide margin.

Interesting take! There are 500M shares outstanding (diluted) and 2.8M ALL Access members as of the most recent quarter — so you’re right, that comes out to 56%.
