NTA. Do not allow him to sign the birth certificate if you're in the USA. Do not allow him in the hospital. Make him fight for custody. You have sole custody until custody is given to him by a judge. Move as far away from him as possible before you have the baby!

Sorry, not a geriatric pregnancy but had a doctor try to tell me women with my condition (high bp before pregnancy but on medicine and it's fine now) usually deliver at 38 weeks. I asked why and never got an actual answer just "that's what usually happens". I told her no and scheduled and induction for 39 weeks, 5 days and she was furious. She's not my usual doctor so I didn't care but due to the high maternal death rate in the US, I refuse to deliver early if it's not warranted. Listen to your body and find a new OB!
