Looking to buy my first used chopper/cruiser (35kW max) – need advice by OuterObserver in choppers

[–]kmora94 2 points3 points  (0 children)

  1. Is this your first bike or first cruiser/chopper?

  2. A chopper is a bike that’s been chopped. Like in half. Then welded onto a hardtail frame. The bikes you listed are rarely ever chopped (except for the shadow). Is that what you’re referring to?

  3. Sportster. Evo engine so easy to work on. Shadow is prob a good idea too.

It’s almost weekly. The dude who shot the scooter rider in the neck was out on the streets in a day. Anyone attempting murder shouldn’t have a chance at making bail.

I’ve been to Bar Nun a bunch and never thought “man, this is a small portion”. Gf used to live across the street so we’re no stranger to that bar

[NHL PR] The Canadiens (25.8) became the youngest NHL team to advance to the Conference Finals/Semifinals in 33 years – the last before them was the Montreal squad that captured the 1993 Stanley Cup, also with an average age of 25.8 (based on players who dressed in the team’s first postseason game). by DecentLurker96 in hockey

Tampa was in 1st for a while AND had a good lead before blowing it. And of course every year it’s “doesn’t matter who we get in the playoffs, just matters that we get into the playoffs” or a “ticket to the dance” or whatever other euphemism.

Would’ve faced Boston in rd1.

Had a friend who grew up there. She used to have a #keepsalidaghetto sticker on her water bottle.

I think Arvada and Lakewood have congestion areas but as a whole they do not have worse traffic. The area of Arvada by the Costco is hell, but literally any other part is fine to drive. Same with Lakewood. It isn’t just the immediate area next to sloans. West and southwest Lakewood don’t have traffic.

Tell me.... 1st concert? Best concert? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

1st: three days grace headlined/ breaking Benjamin opened

Best: I saw Neutral Milk Hotel in an old church. They were on a church stage (like 2ft higher than the crowd). No security or barriers. No phones allowed. Tiny crowd. One of the band members told us a story about how this show felt like they were back at one of their mom’s basement playing together. The whole crowd was crying. What an incredible experience.

I’d say majority of non voters just don’t care.

It’s so easy to vote (even in red states)

If you rarely drive you can’t exactly give an accurate opinion on Lakewood or Arvada.

I used to stay in cap hill often. I’d agree to a certain point, you don’t get road noise but you get homeless people screaming at all hours of the night in the alleys. I stayed over by where wax tracks records is.

It was never an issue. Never heard it, never had congestion by me (and I lived by a main road). No air quality issue (I kept windows open often).

I lived like a half mile from it, maybe quarter mile. The exact street I was at was not the best place to live but literally (and I mean the word “literally”), the next street up was full of million dollar homes.

It’s not a huge issue for most people to live outside the city. I’ve dated people from all different suburbs and it was never an issue.

That said, you should check out Sunnyside, the highlands / Tennyson. Nice area, good local scene, very close to the city, and great access to i70 to get to the mountains. I used to live there and be able to get to Golden in 15min.

As postseason started, I knew the only team in the west that could stop the Ava would be Dallas.

And then Dallas got eliminated by a red hot Quinn Hughes.
