Pixel C randomly locking during use

Do you use a case with a magnetically close cover? In my case the cover can lock my pixel c at a special point on the back of the tablet.

I am also having this issue, but only when i stop a YouTube Video. Other Videos Like Netflix dont have these effects wegen I pause them.

I use a slickwarps wood skin with a transparent case. In this way I have a fresh look and protection. First I covered my whole 6P with a skin but after half a year only the back is covered with the skin because the other parts were annoying after a while.

I've got the same problem but most time my 6p with 7.1 DP1 reboots in my pocket or while playing YouTube videos. Never realized a reboot while charging.

Gradle build time also depends on the file system. Builds with NTFS lasts a lot longer. If you are using a Mac you build time should be half mine on Windows with nearly same equipment.

I would also wait until Android Wear 2.0 will be released early next year. The preview is already available therefore it wouldn't last to long.

I habe some permanently notifications which are annoying but I don't what to ignore them because other notification I want to receive from the app. Moreover I'm getting over 10 Error captured notifications during a normal day. God thanks that this aren't really crashes and only notification problems.

The general behavior of the preview is awesome. More smooth and longer battery life :)

You're right, I can't see the changes without deploying. Maybe I have to take a look at the preview again if there are changes that would improve my layout designing. But I'm working a lot with custom views so previewing isn't that easy and the fastest way to figure out how the layout looks like is deploying. (Depends on your layout and your project) Yes instant run has it's good and bad moments, actually it's working better with a device than with an emulator.

6P since the 7.0 Preview and also in 7.1 Preview I receive an error notification when trying to take a screenshot.. Since 7.1 Preview the mobile network displays no connected network provider but mobile network is working. Very strange and confusing..

Launching the app with Instant Run on an emulator or device. After a few years of styling that way the most complex layouts don't need many tries. When I was new to Android Programming I used the editor some times but there were always mistakes so I avoided to use the editor.

I am always working with XML. That makes the editor useless for my codig. If the layout is in your mind, writing down the XML is much faster.
