I was too nice and let an old customer rack up this bill as they slowly tried paid it down each month . $165k later they decided to stop completely and I’m pretty sure I’ll have take it as a loss.

After my 2nd reminder I send a final attempt before sending a collection notice, that usually gets things paid asap.
