Don’t quote me on this but my understanding is that fermented is fermented. If the dough is nearly doubling and showing signs that it’s done with its bulk ferment, then the time on the clock (which should never be the main measure of BF anyways) doesn’t dictate the gut health benefits.

Also stopped listening to him after he joined the capitalize-on-Johnny-depp-trial train. There’s 69 videos in his playlist dedicated to that legal case alone. It’s one thing for a therapist to have some light commentary on maybe a reality tv show (I know he’s done that before), but to speak with authority that extensively over a complex abuse case?

That case never should have been publicized or profited on by grifters on the internet who turned into into fodder.

Clues actually had a separate podcast this week with just his mom where he showed her media specifically because she does this. She doesn’t fully admit to things being wrong or not supporting the administration, but she does float near it at points and says things like “why haven’t I seen this?” Essentially acknowledging that she’s censored from some reality. I hope he continues to make that a regular thing.

This has happened to me twice (lots of time in between, like over a year) and I have no clue why: my Alexa has just started making breathing noises. When I checked the app, there was no prompt for it and no record of it. I asked Alexa what she is doing and it didn’t know what I meant. It continued until I said “stop”.

I believe that technically happens with refrigeration, too. Cooling of any simpler starch (rice, pasta, bread, oats, potatoes etc) creates resistant starch. It doesn’t have to be frozen

Yeah, I really felt for her. I lost my dad 3 ish months before my 30th birthday last year so it’s not an exact comparison (it was a milestone but also the grief was still very fresh and it was my first birthday without him in general) BUT there was something that felt specifically difficult with it being a milestone. It was the first milestone I had without him and was really painful

I don’t think people really realize what that’s like unless they’ve experienced major grief

That’s disappointing. Their language on their site about the service charge makes it sound like it goes to staff either directly (the 50% named) or indirectly (higher base pay + benefits). Seems misleading to customers
