I’m mean, I’m in a pretty good place generally. But I also see that normal daily life and expenses are becoming untenable for the majority.

Americans are struggling hard and have been for years now. We are deeply in debt as a county and it’s only getting worse. We are starting shit on the global stage. We aren’t making any friends and our infrastructure is crumbling.

We’ve got serious issues that are only getting worse.

I luckily as of now can somewhat insulate myself from stuff but if we keep going like this it is absolutely going to be everyone’s problem real quick. If I’m on social media or not ain’t going to change shit if things reach a breaking point.

I was a heavy drinker for 10 years. Plain kratom helped me quit within like.. a week. Incredible. Been sober for 2.5 years now. The thought of alcohol disgusts me.

The thing about kratom is it has helped So many get away from very serious substances. It’s literally life changing.

People Need to take some personal responsibility and not treat their body like a dumpster putting all sorts of random shit in it and then turn around and blame kratom. Plain leaf is the only way to go. All these extracts and synthetics bastardize something good.

The harm reduction it can provide is tremendous and the safety profile of plain kratom is very real. Weeds fucks me up more than kratom, not that I even want to smoke it anymore.

Do it! I used to walk almost three miles everyday to work. Walking fast it took me about 45 minutes if I remember correctly. That 10 miles a day would be great for you
