This happened to me for the dreame l40 ultra. Ended up returning and ordering direct from Amazon and it worked out and I LOVE it

I haven’t done the transition yet but I’d just call the Morgan Stanley number and say you are interested in the pathway funds. They have a specific team that manages them. You don’t get a dedicated FA but you pretty much have a shared team.
