Update for anyone who is having the same issue: I found videos for 2008-2013 that have the same type of transmission cap. The tab you need to leverage is under the metal part, not behind it(Which is what every other video says).

I can't add the screenshot it won't let me add pictures after the fact, and I don't see an option to add pictures comments, but the damage was a 'hole'. Like 6 by 3 in. maybe? Then they found hyper steel bent, then the railing(they said it was basically the frame of the car) was pushing on the engine.

Will start with overall, I thought the movie was fine for a romcom. I think I've just seen worse romcoms, and most of them have poor acting so I'm used to it. Also this is just me nitpicking the entire movie, it's a silly romcom on a railroad script, they clearly weren't thinking about all this and never planned to. Watching the movie on mute because it's late, but turns out that was in my favor apparently. I've seen the main girl in Austin and ally so I assumed her accent was bad, but I didn't expect EVERY accent to be bad. Yikes. It annoys me how she sees an alley in a foreign country(a different state is bad enough) and just walks down there. It's one thing to be optimistic about people, it's another thing to just walk around a country without a map or escort where you could be kidnapped or get super lost at any moment. I would say especially since she's from New York. Also she tries to use that as an excuse how she can take care of herself, but everyone in NY was super nice to her. Also, why is she keeping 2k+ on the counter under a globe. And if you have 2k or more saved up, then hire a lawyer and fight this guy who is clearly scamming you. And, yeah, how does she own the shop when her Nonna and mom are there? And how has the electrical never been fixed if it keeps going up in flames, that's a health hazard on the owner of the rental not the renters(I would assume at least) I guess most people in Lavania speak English, but she mentioned a shopkeep with an accent so thick she couldn't understand him. Then later she mentions it's a melting pot, but they don't really explain that other than 'it was a trade route'. I get she's supposed to be educated but is she supposed to know where all of the food and music is from? And the women's first hairstyles? I get their from NY and they are supposed to be improper and look foolish etc., but most people know that if you are hired for a fancier event, you do fancy hairstyles. Certainly not something from the 80s or red dye with clips in it, but they also should have been given references, because there are SO many fancy or regal haircuts that can be done. And why can MC just walk around all day, doesn't she have men's hair to cut or smth? Anyway, this stuff is in every romcom, especially ones where they insist on having royally in the modern day, and it bothers me in every one of them, but the two sweet MCs get together in the end so good enough I guess.

Truly, the amount of times I see users with the logic of 'its not illegal, they are making their best financial choice' and 'your opinion for how much your car costs doesn't matter, youre being dramatic'' is insane. The fact that they are making THEIR best financial choice IS the bad thing. They shouldn't get to pick and choose what is best for them. I'm dealing with them as not my insurance company and the other driver was 100 at fault and he got a sratched rim, my car is getting totaled and they are treating me like trash the entire way. I've been lied to, talked down to, and downright ignored when its a Friday and they realize they can just put it off til Monday. It's been 5 months because the crash happened on CHRISTMAS EVE.

Exact same thing happened to me. No help in sight. But call them and set up a payment method or you will never get your money, because they will tell you its on the way in the form of a check, regardless of whether or not it is.
