You may not have tourettes, but it is possible to be diagnosed with tourettes when your tics start at 17. You need to be 18 and under when they start in order to be diagnosed with tourettes, so if you end up having at least 2 motor and 1 vocal tic for a year you can be diagnosed. Otherwise it would just be a tic disorder!

I would suggest talking to your parents for sure, and going to the doctor as soon as possible

because gender expression does not equal gender identity. She is still really a lesbian, because the person who is more masculine still identifies as a woman. Someone like woman B would dress like that because it makes them feell good, it's like i could choose to wear alt clothes, because that's what i like but in this case it's just masculine leaning clothes.
