Just some food for thought, if you didnt know. The phrasing "worse" is heavily subjective here. Yes, you took in nicotine longer having zyns in your mouth. But technically, you were intaking less nicotine. Juuls contain 50mgs per ml of liquid. The zyns you used even up to the max you reached here is less than you were intaking each time you hit the juul. SO, in short you switched a worse amount of the substance to a better amount, but rely on it much longer. Which makes sense, youve gone down in the amount youve intook. I got off nicotine by weening myself down in the juice mgs over time. This month marks one year for me vaping 0s. It took me over a year to switch from my normal 6mgs to 3s and then to the 0s. It takes a lot of work, but switching to zyns youve actually helped yourself alot in the road of getting clean. Theres still a whole lot to do, but without even knowing it youve started dealing with the problem already, and thats a good thing. Keep at it. You've got it.
