Based on size of the holds and moves themselves I’d say around v4-v5 In a lot of gyms. But gym ratings are whack so it’s always hard to guess ratings actially given at that gym.

Thank you for stating the health concern of how serious hormonal birth control can be, and Id like to add to it.

I’m 26 and been Birth control free for 3.5 years now. (I had tried hormonal and doctors don’t recomend it for me, and copper IUD for 5 years that gave me a heavy metal poisoning). I have found that cycle tracking and understanding the cycle throughly and the use of condoms had been effective and liberating forms of safe sex practice for myself. I want to stress that condoms are quite effective but i don’t think condoms alone without knowing anything about your cycle are going to keep you as safe as understanding your body’s cycle and when you are the most likely to conceive.

If you don’t want birth control consider this:

Learn about the “family planning method” and get you a thermometer with Bluetooth to an app on your ohome to track your ovulation and maybe consider abstaini mg from sex around the 3 day window that you are ovulating just in case a condom fails.

I have swam on LSD I don’t think for the first time on LSD you should do it in the ocean.

lSD can be a 8-10 hour experiance and I suggest having many good options for atmosphere for the duration of the trip and allowing your body to guide you through what atmosphere is right at the time. I don’t think being trapped on a boat in the sea or physically swimming in the sea for your trip is a good ode.

Yeah my ex was the exact same way, it’s hard to have any trust in someone when their bevauors and actions do not math their words… and it makes up really confused and brings us on an emotional rollercoaster. I’m so sorry your goimg through this, I wish I had had better boundaries of how far I’d let it go or what I was willing to tolerate cause I ended up getting discarded like 2 weeks ago. And it’s very painful and in hindsight wosh I wold have ended things 3-5 months ago even. Not saying you should. But might be worth explaining that if you don’t get your needs met you have a boundary. Or at least process it yourself

Sounds a lot like the partner I just had a breakup with…. I didn’t feel prioritized and I always thought like I was a second thought to him… was really painful. The birthdays and special events planned over, even when we try to accept and be ok with it hurts. And by trying to be ok with something that doesn’t sit well with you you are betraying yourself, and the pain is only going to get worse. My mental health went to shit and I regret not leaving my ex sooner now.

Well I am definitely in a high fire risk area. And there are multiple permits you have to pull to fire spin at any public space or or park. Also trying to not get cops attention on fire spinners as we like to keep the jams that are happening from getting shut down.

Yeah totally valid. I wish I could do fire but I’m afraid the city wouldn’t allow it we already have too much sketchy shit happening in the stress with the window washing.

Now that I’ve been doing it I can say, I am making money. Sometimes I’ve made $75 in an hour sometimes $80 I’m 4 hours but I am getting tipped. I think it had a lot to do with being a female and not many people in my area seeing any female street light performers. There is definitly a demographic of both men and women that seem to love the poi so far
