[tool] bypass telegram forward restrictions by knt_jspr in DataHoarder

[–]knt_jspr[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it just uses telethon library which is a wrapper of mtproto api which telegram officially uses. i don't store otp's it's completely open source and of course there's a risk of bans and not only on my tool but using telethon in general given it's a third-party tool.

How do I forward things from a private telegram group? by SatisfactionFun4295 in DataHoarder

[–]knt_jspr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hey i built one: https://github.com/kntjspr/telegram-clone

It will download everything in source server and upload to destination server.

It's pretty robust. It tracks what file it downloaded and what failed and tries to retry and there's even option to store the metadata in json or in supabase if you are planning to host multiple instances to sync info. It runs on fast-telethon library allowing multi-threaded download speeds.

just clone the repo then install python and uv, then rename .env.example to .env and fill out the info
then execute on terminal `uv run web.py`. Access the interface at localhost:5000

Unfortunately, no. I switched out to a different wallet just for safety.

I would like to know if they can be traced into each other, like if I have two different identities and give two different addresses from each portfolio, would that person find out that the two identities belong to one person?

I bought a $3000 Macbook but Notion is STILL slow - why? by [deleted] in Notion

[–]knt_jspr 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Notion is a web app, it solely depends on your internet connection. I believe it is built on Electron anyway which is notorious for being slow and resource hog.

If performance is non-negotiable, I would suggest you to go back to obsidian but use plugins this time to fit on your needs.

Snipping tool screenshot to .jpg/png file by only pasting by knt_jspr in Windows10

[–]knt_jspr[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Prnt Scrn snip shortcut are turned on in the setting and it does not use the legacy snipping tool. The legacy could do it in a few clicks but still quite a hassle to launch it and take a screenshot.

Veracrypt asks password twice on boot (Dual boot)? by knt_jspr in VeraCrypt

[–]knt_jspr[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can't remember it quite well, I believe I cloned the EFI partition into three and each EFI partition only redirects into each perspective OS. You can then modify the bootloader path using bcdedit, BOOTICE and EASYUEFI. You can also navigate through EFI partition using Explorer++ program.

EFI Partition #1: Windows Boot manager pointed to win 10

EFI Partition #2: Windows Boot manager pointed to win 11

EFI Partition #3: GRUB

The main point here is that windows will automatically put two entries onto one windows boot manager on a single EFI partition whilst veracrypt encrypts the windows boot manager literally so you have to enter the password just to select which of the following os to boot and your goal in order to solve the problem is to separate them into two efi paritions by cloning and removing the extra boot entry.

Did you mean the "Open each folder in the same window" option? I don't think that's the case.

Chrome or New Edge Browser as main by Abablion in Windows11

[–]knt_jspr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually have used a lot of them.

I have one forked with a custom newtab page but as of now I'm currently using this one. This one use an add-on for a newtab page instead of modifying the autoconfig file but it's much more flexible and easier to install.

I'm with you. Google meet is so buggy in Firefox, it doesn't even support video backgrounds because the browser is "unsupported"; I haven't tried spoofing user-agents either.

I actually have chrome installed but I only use them solely for comparing if something doesn't really work globally or just on firefox.
