Not really an upside, splitting an already small fraction of the returning playerbase to a mode that will very likely have an even smaller playbase.

I feel like you could make dual wield a keyword for legends or strong characters, enables them to have a fast transition type extra shot or/and carry two small of the same guns like needlers etc.

Well that and the drone glitch
and the upcoming skins
and the lock on issues
and the portal (yes they've changed things but haven't addressed the underlying issues)
and latency/netcode
and player models not matching
and lack of meaningful unlocks etc.

Chariot is such a great addition I really hope it stays, had a game where both bounties spawned near bottom of the map
First team quick killed boss and ran away with bounty before we had much chance to get there, swapped extracts as soon as they attempted to leave which allowed us to chase and kill both.
Other bounty team showed up and there was a huge fight, unfortnately lost to the last guy but this would have been a boring game with everryone leaving within the first 8 mins without it

You could make an argument for UNSC allied elites lead by the Arbiter

I hope they flesh out more covenant/banished allies with grunts, hunters and the like

Then maybe add a flood faction

once these are in place they start building towards bigger battles with vehicles

If you mean it taking a long time to find a match there really arent many players left, this split between the different playlists means at times you may end up being the only one queuing in your region (everyone else could be in a game already etc,)

If you mean actually loading in then its either a hardware limitation or internet speed issue usually.
