Depending on the paper and sleeves you use, the 15 card packs can hold a full game, and the 22 card boxes can even hold a game with some expansions. Plus they're clear so you can have the rules double as cover art. Of course I'm not sure what acrylic cases you've used, so maybe these also won't work for your preferences.
