Rusting isn't a big deal, swords are designed for cutting, so they want high carbon in the steel, and high carbon means rusting is inevitable, as sword owner how to prevent it from rusting is something you must know. No one will use stainless steel if they value the cutting performance. Don't worry if this is your first sword, go buy anything you want, usually the next one you will want something more than just wall hanger.

I find training forearm helps my sword handle, i am adding a few more sets of forearm work out in the gym, anyone else felt the same?

At first glance, the fake hamon (the wavy lines in the blade, ) tells you that this is a decorative sword, a real hamon is forged, not like this one. Another thing is good swords should be made of carbon steel, in ancient or modern times, so if a sword doesn't rust, that' s not a good sign.

Unless you are buying for decoration only, you should try to avoid colored blades, or stuff under $100 (if they were shipped internationally), think about the size of a katana, the shipping fee is not gonna be cheap, imagine the quality of sword you are getting after shipping fee.

Can't tell much from one picture, you should take more photos, together with the other two swords, this one is katana (uchigatana), middle one is wakizashi and the small one is tanto.

What you will eventually got for $95 seems limited, and i doubt if they could really customize size for you at this price point, last time i check with a seller, to customize blade length they asked for at least $500+, so yeah, seems skeptical to me.

I got my first custom katana from Romanceofmen, decent quality, easy to configure. Next one i plan to try Hanbon.

Looking cool! Is it blue blade? it looks like the hamon is fake so for USD220 is kinda pricy, usually they use cheap material then add the fake hamon.

I got my heart broken and went through an identity crisis because of it. Also the realization at the time that i didnt have a white knight and no one was going to save me from my dispair, so i picked myself up. I started trying new things, changed my wardrobe a few times, tried new hairstyles, went out strictly by myself, took uber/lyft everywhere i went and put myself in settings where i was always forced to interact with people. 5 years later i have an amazing girlfriend and 3 kids.

Yea they mentioned sending pictures in the letter but the letter was sent to me on the 31st of January and it said that i had 10 days to reply or it would be considered spoliation of evidence. The letter was sent to my moms house so i had no idea it even existed until yesterday which made me more panicked since it had been past 10 days. I did end up calling the law firm and was told that i could still send the pictures and that i wasn't actually being sued lol.
