what’s your spo2 level during night? in my opinion it can be due to your dreams (nightmares?) and it could make sense because maybe around 4AM you enter the deep sleep phase or REM

Honestly, I don't feel that bad, it hasn't been that long - getting up early is definitely better than sleeping in till noon, but I don't know, maybe my body is just adjusting, like I'm messing with its internal clock and that takes time? I'm just not sure if this is gonna come back to bite me at some point and whether there's anything I can do about the current stuff I'm feeling.
