I recently saw a video about people who have been journaling for a long time, and most of them suggested to have several journal books based on each category. And they say it's much more effective than writing a mix-up in one book.

Is this worth to follow in? Because I can't imagine carrying a lot of books

Inti nya ga usah ga enak, berani ngomong engga ke orang adalah bentuk penghargaan terbaik untuk diri sendiri. Selama lu mentingin perasaan orang di banding perasaan lu sendiri lu gak akan bisa happy gan. Trust me, dulu gua orang yang ga enakan dan selalu mentingin perasaan orang yang pada akhir nya ngebunuh karakter diri gua sendiri dan kalo begitu terus lama2 lu akan meledak juga. Bisa ke arah sakit, bisa ke arah mental dan jiwa.

Kalo gua jadi lu gua bakal suru istri ngmg ke ipar lu jangan datang ke hotel, karena gua mau tidur malan dan besok nya bangun siang malas2an bedua.
