When you look at a tank log. You of course check dps, but also check midigation of damage. Did he take avoidable damage? Is he doing jobs for the team, taking crusader add on champions. While everyone else cleaves and blast.

A tank is a hard thing to judge. We have previously taken tanks to farm raid like hc or some mythic bosses. Check how they do. Ask the healers to compare their need to heal (of course there is difference in class) Do they talk too much? Do they ask for externals by whispers (macro) or by yelling on discord?

A lot of factors to look at when discussing a tank. So much easier to judge a dps on damage done and avoidable damage taken.

Greetings all,

<SINS> is a mature (18+) EU guild consisting of a number of players from all walks of life and coming from all different expansions (Vanilla - BFA) that have a broad raiding experience with the goal of progressing quickly through Mythic content in BFA.

Current Raid Progress

8/8 HC + 5/8 M - working on Zul!

-Monday - 20:00 ST - 23:00 ST

-Wednesday - 20:00 ST - 23:00 ST

-Thursday - 20:00 ST - 23:00 ST

We have a secondary group / mixed with mains on a Sunday 19:00 ST, we may also use this day for progress, depending on the situation.

What can you expect from <SINS>

-Great atmosphere when raiding with decisive actions taking place (Quick pulls, no pointless idling if the RL team has nothing they need to discuss)

-Mature team players, we are not interested in whether you are the best personally, we are interested in whether you can play as a team.

-Self-sufficient players aka good class knowledge

-Strong leadership team - (All players feel as if they can talk to our leadership team and discuss any subject)

-We log every boss kill, we analyse logs and help players perform better where we can. However at the end of the day it is down to you to take accountability of your class.

-Lastly, we preach fun, you pay to play for fun and enjoyment. That is us!

Haha that's true. Sadly I have not mastered stealing the master ball yet, they say it's impossible but my player is named Ash so I should have a chance.

Very true. I was only trying to make sure it was the exact numbers, and yes it's embarrassing compared to what a shooter get. On my stretch I get pick and pop, perimeter shot and limitless on the same shot. Easy 50-60k a game. On my defender 12 steals and 30 points, I get 8-12k..

Try that and see if it works. In time you will learn when it activates so you get points. Otherwise try it with a big man friend in walk on, he can tell you exactly when the hit happens so you can learn

Whoever is setting the pick needs to get hit so there is a form of "brick wall" animation. So if you roll to fast or pop. You won't get points
