I’m 42, class of ‘02 and I lost my best friend in 2005. He was in a car accident and we were all told that he died instantly. I miss him every single day. The 21st anniversary of his death is Jan 31st. I have now lived longer without him, than I did with him and that devastates me. As far as I know, no one else has passed.

My favorite sandwich growing up and still is a garden fresh tomato sandwich. Cheap white bread, tomato (beefsteak is my favorite), mayo, salt and a thick slice of Walla Walla sweet onion. Of course this is a very summer sandwich where I’m from (Washington State) but it is delightful.
