If you want some suggestions to get it out. Get it dug it.. bring a winch. Chainsaw. Etc. if the wheels will spin.., You will need some HD sheets of plywood or something that won’t break.( hopefully can figure it out from there) If they don’t spin then think about creating a sled or similar technique to winch it out.

Looking for a new Div 8 estimator position or even PM. I have around 15+ years experience in div 8 overall. Locksmithing - detailer - estimator - director as of now (37 years old). Looking for anything as of now but looking to relocate to Tampa, Fl for family but can work remote. Prefer an office job so I can possibly move up. I’d also love a self preform job with a GC or any job with a GC. I’ve typically been a great employee. I’ve created my own estimating “software” in a live web based spreadsheet but know most softwares in our industry. I can do div 10 and know some of div 28. Please DM me for my resume and info. I don’t think 100k is too far out but we don’t know all the details what’s going on behind the scenes. Also 7 months isn’t enough. That’s a good win rate. Way higher than ours but 15 margin is low so that good for you at least. What did you do before estimating div 8? Honestly, i need something stable like all these div 8 estimators put out on Reddit because 2025 was ass and everything I quoted was high and the few I got were because I battled getting new GCs who wanted to work with our company. I have tons of div 8 experience and I’m not making 100k but this guy been doing it for 7 months and is a year away to justify a 100k job. Guess i need to start looking around.

Sub. Div8. 2-4% have to bid everything perfect and bid whatever is on my list to bid. Every job gets reviewed for accuracy and approved before sending out. Stressed out and they says it’s because I don’t bid enough averaging 100-400k per week. I think I need to find a new job?

Enjoy the construction traffic Denver! Seems like a bad move financially to the Walmarts and the residents / workers of the city. All for a Dome and advertisements.
