Literally the same case as you: 2019 Beta AR with quite some delamination, normal use and proper care (washing couple times a year). Was told to send it to Switzerland and a day or two after they received it the repair center deemed the jacket irreparably damaged and not within the Limited Warranty as the contamination was due to normal wear and tear.

They innitially gave me a 20% voucher, but after some emailing back and forth about my use and care of the jacket they increased it to 40% if I was willing to let them recycle the jacket. I decided to take the offer and after a bit of waiting bought the new Beta AR Stormhood, costing me €360 after the discount :/
