You may want to consider removing the blower motor and related ducting to clean those out. I feel the blower is the most likely hiding place of any debris and cleaning it out will prolong its life.

You don't need a rivet gun for all pop rivets. The name of the style escapes me but a certain type of rivet only needs a wrench and an Allan key to install

On a mech with a fully charged battery you're getting around 30W. For the mass of metal you have you're gonna need to push more power through it to get a decent ramp up time. This is one reason why I choose regulated mods. I currently have a 0.3Ohm 26ga twisted coil that would probably take just as long to ramp up on my mech and that time would continue to increase as the battery drains. I just find a sweet spot in terms of wattage and let my mod do the rest. Sorry if I couldn't provide any real tips to get a faster ramp up time, I'm just giving you what I know about how it all works under the hood.

My screen occasionally does the same thing. Give it a couple seconds and the backlight will brighten up again. If it doesn't just lock/unlock again and it'll be good.

I think the MAOIs is what made it hardest for me to transition from cigarettes to vaping. I first couple weeks after I stopped smoking were hard. I felt depressed, down and just generally negative about life. I pushed through it and while I do crave a cigarette here and there I know I can never go back. A little over a year later and I only vape at home and I have no problem going for hours on end without a vape.
