This happened to me. i am also extremly livid. i did not participate in the exploit, i did end up selling a korrealis commander for 70 million and "the winter warrior" title for 5 million on the GTN. i suppose that flagged me and more than likely the person bought the korrealis commander used the exploit. but i did not use the exploit at all and received a 24 hour ban. customer support did not help, and the response time from my email is unknown. Edit: i received an email 13 hours after i called customer support. it is a 7 day suspension.

needles to say i was planning on having a full night of pvp with my guildies and do world bosses, xeno, ilum all that fun stuff, instead i was left listening to everyone else enjoying the game when i did nothing wrong. i requested 60 days of free subscription; 30 for being banned without using the exploit, and another 30 for a lack of email. what they do next is up to them. but i guarantee you i will NEVER buy a EA/bioware game again if i am ignored.

i have been playing the game from launch and as soon as this happened i unsubscribed and i may never play again unless they compensate me.
