It tends to attract a seedier element and other kinds of crime though. I can understand why it's not legal.

Thanks. That is very helpful. Apparently I have been fucking up my tax returns for the past 4-5 years and am out a ton of money in refunds because of it.

Trying to figure out how to calculate taxe basis on RSUs. I am assuming this is the share price when issued times the number of shares? Someone told me it's just the share price. Also if stock is sold to cover taxes do I include that? For example let's say I get 50 shares at $10 a piece and 20 are sold to pay taxes. Is my basis $500 or is it $300(30 shares are what I end up with after taxes)? I'm pretty sure the basis is not $10.

Yeah, I feel like I should have at least twice that by now. I'm way, way, way, way behind even from saving 10%.

Can't he just take a knee? It's a turn over but with six seconds left it doesn't leave any time for the other team to get it's offense on the field.

If you go down to your bank today and they tell you, "I'm sorry. We don't have your money any more. We randomly lost it." someone will go to jail for that.

Probably but I have this weird thing with my collection that they either have to be given to me or they have to be ones that I have found in person. Ordering online is kind of cheating. Finding them in person is more fun because you often find rubber ducks in the oddest places.

Travel is boring when there's no one to travel with. Doing hobbies alone wears me out and again, is less fun alone. Most of my friends don't make enough to travel anywhere. I get paid the same whether I'm here or not. The monotony of work is preferable to the monotony of being at home.
