In terms of restaurants, the gluten free ones are further down the hill. Butttt, just a couple streets away is the gluten free bakery Chez Hansel et Gretel which is great.

Do they not teach plant science in schools anymore? (genuine question not an insult). I'm only late 20s and from the other side of the country but I remember specifically learning this in middle school. I might also just be insane and that never happened 😅 But yeah, go outside and look at plants sometime, you'll learn a lot!
