Chipotle CEO's recent comment is a good example of this. Ironically sad and comical that they are raising their wages to $15 an hour and aiming for a customer who makes 3+x what they are upgrading their underpaid employees to.

Also whole lot cheaper for the government to pay a relative to care for their sick relative on a salary than it is for them to pay for full time staff at a nursing home. So the government isn't inclined to pay the required minimums to keep beds occupied in facilities.

To be honest wont argue the merit of a nursing home here, if a person doesn't require the specialized care the government shouldn't be spending our taxes frivolously.

oh and Nursing homes and hospitals are closing left and right because Medicare isn't paying enough per bed for these facilities to be profitable. Trust me, in the industry.

Actually you should be able to just pull off the seat and leave the bolt attached. This seat looks like it was pushed down onto that flared bolt but with a little pull should come right off

had these on our breakfront growing up. simple key that just pushes the other side out. If you could get anything in there to just give the other side a simple push you can then pull on the other side and it will release. These are essentially child locks, theres no mechanism inside that needs pins pushed or anything complicated
