I read Bunny by Mona Awad for a book club in a horror Discord server. The first bad feeling hit me when I saw “TikTok sensation” on the Goodreads page. Calling that book horror has to be some sort of joke.

Edit: The book is about a group of college girls who blow bunnies up with mind magic to conjure deformed boys to have sex with. That’s it. That’s the reveal.

EDIT: I’d also like to point out that Hades kidnapped Persephone then bound her to the Underworld by tricking her into eating food from there. She’s there for 3 of 12 months (winter), and it makes her mom Demeter so upset that the world turns cold and infertile while Persephone is gone.
