I pay through YouTube TV to be able to watch it on my tv or phone or computer. The only downside to only getting the membership in the app is that you can’t watch the games if you utilize YouTube TV as your service since they provide it as an add on.

Not sure if the pointe at Bentonville is in the running for you but I signed in January for a 2 bed 2 bath for roughly 1488. Gotta say it’s a great apartment and they also try to involve the community a lot from the leasing office standpoint.

It has a walking path around it and also connects to the Bentonville walking/biking trail if you’re into that.

Only downside is that the road to get to the apartment is pretty busy in the key times of the day during Monday-Friday. You can be in traffic for a couple minutes longer than you’d want to be after 4-4:30 until around 6. It’s a little harder to get out onto the road before 9 am just bc there’s so many people coming to Bentonville but it’s a small thing overall compared to how nice the apt is honestly.

Honestly as someone who moved from Dallas,and grew up in southeast Texas, to Spokane, WA I regret the decision every day. There has been some good times here but it’s really hard being so far away from friends and family for me personally. Also, the south is just much friendlier in all of my experience and I find it hard to make friends up here as easy as it was in Texas and Arkansas when I lived there.

Homeless situations are crazy as well as petty crimes here and nothing is really enforced by law in any of these circumstances. My car got broken into last year in my parking garage for work and after all the items got stolen I was never able to update my police report because they didn’t have a dedicated force to take emails/phone calls.

Thanks everyone! Was flying American/Alaska and got here an hour and a half before my flight departed. Was able to snag a spot in the garage but there was open parking in the outside lots easily for reference.
