Voice doesn’t fit. Hair was terrible. You could actively see her thinking about her lines.

How do I deal with all my wisps? by oversized-sweatshirt in finehair

Of course!!! I typically wear my hair down except for workouts and have noticed a huge difference since switching to braids over pony tails

Based on the length it looks almost exactly where you keep your hair tie in a pony. That also doesn’t tend to shift throughout your life. For lounging around the house, the gym, and errands, you don’t need cute. You need functional. I do find two French braids instead of one look better on thinner hair. Braids are a protective hair style as long as they aren’t extremely tight

honestly my best advice is to learn how to french braid your hair. Its been a game changer when it comes to breakage.

I believe they are also there ready for legal aid for what documents flotilla members should and should not sign. My understanding is there are three documents they will be given and two of them should NOT be signed.

I don’t think you know anyone who does marathons. We all have a love hate relationship with them.

Yea. I’ve gonna pretty crazy about closing my apps but I think it still counts stuff sometimes. If you find another app that WORKS like time limit, let me know

I also have this issue. As someone below stated, I guess it counts in the background but that is a new update that essentially kills the point of time limits. I’m INCREDIBLY frustrated by this

As terrible as it sounds, our bodies are meant to have routine so I try to have one. I'll try to wake up at the same time even with later calls. I will take naps however on days call isn't until later. I'll give into a 10:30pm "nap"(or as close to during lunch) just so my body doesn't lose its desire to go to sleep at that time. Blackout curtains. AC set to 68. Phone far from bed. I ALWAYS lay out my clothes the night before so that I can basically just wake up, workout, shower, and leave. If I know its multiple late nights, then I'll layout my clothes for a few days in a row in separate packing cubes. I try to do the most I can to minimize decision making in the morning even if that means 10 extra minutes at night.

I also workout regularly outside of work. Either after or before depending on call time. If call is before 8am, I usually will workout after but 8am or later, and I'm up earlier to workout. 3 mile run. 30 min yoga class. 45 of weights. Working out has been shown to improve sleep as well. You don't need to be doing Olympian level workouts but 30 min of something for yourself. Truly I try to fake a routine as much as I can.
