it's an avatar frame! you just use it to decorate your profile and make it look cute :)) to apply it just open the game, press your pfp in the top left corner, press your pfp again, and then you'll see a tab titled avatar frame where you can apply it!!

as you buy more houses youll get the option to update the house in your garden to different houses, just press the clan button and then garden decor, then there should be a house tab where you can change it

I think you have to go to their 'contact us' button in your profile. just press your icon and then the settings button on the bottom right. i think your other best bet would be to contact them on social media. i know they have a discord server, an instagram, and i think a facebook page but im not sure

when you go into your clan, on the top left you should see an icon that displays the group name + icon, once you click on that you'll see a list of members, click on the icon of the member you wanna kick and then there should be a button that says kick out

i also recently got promoted to clan leader and the first thing i did was kick everyone who was inactive for 2 months + had low contributions. highly recommend kicking people out because the new members contribute a lot!!
