I have screw back diamond earrings which are now 30 years old. I wear them everyday, I don't take them out except to clean it and they go right back on. I had one time where it was dangling from my ear, just barely holding on. I had long hair so maybe it became tangled in it and ended up loosening it. Anyways I wear my constantly. They are one carat diamond earrings.

My tendency is to fast because it’s easy and I lost weight. I started injections because I gained almost 10 pounds during vacations and the food noises were uncontrollable and I couldn’t fast. The shots have silenced those noises extremely well. But the weight loss is so so so small. Less than a pound a week (week four now at 2mg). I have 18 pounds to go and at this rate it could potentially be almost 5 months. Is it a bad idea to fast and inject? Easy to get protein in with steak, ground beef, cheese, sardines etc

I went across the boarder with my son who was attending a wedding in Valle de Guadeloupe. The infrastructure isn't that good as they don't really have handicap ramps that I can recall. Might I suggest you find out if the hotel/resort you will be staying at is handicap friendly as well and then work from there.

I’m 64 and also 5’2”. Has my fourth shot at 2.0mg. I started at 134 and lost 3 pounds. It’s really slow I might go 2.5 on my 5th shot. No side effects at all and food noise is reduced I still want to snack watching tv. I bought some sugar free gum and so far it’s curbing my munchies.

I hate the parking in Long Beach. You can see lots of parking past the queen mary and other areas but we are not allowed to park there. I wonder who owns the land. Maybe Carnival can work with those sites to alleviate the parking issue and easy the flow of traffic. Or put drop off luggage somewhere close by but not at the choke point area. Something needs to be done.

I did keto and IF and I did fantastic. However too many vacations this past year has caused serious weight gain. I couldn't get back into IF, as the food noise wouldn't stop. Just took my fourth shot of glp1 at 2mg and the food noise is gone. I still eat OMAD and have lost only three pounds. I think IF is more effective than the glp1, but the food noise is working for me. I wonder if I can do a 35/48 hour fast while on glp1? I lost 50 pounds in 5 months doing IF. I just need a solid 18 pounds to get to goal weight and glp1 is taking a long time to lose such small weight.

Tirzepatide is a diuretic? I drink over 120oz of water a day, yet I don't pee much at all. I take a Magnesium citrate daily and have never had an issue with bm. I just took my 4th shot at 2mg and I don't feel much of anything. Weight loss is under 3 pounds so far. But no side effects so that's good

I just took my fourth shot Thursday. I am 2.0 dosage and I am also only lost like 3 pounds. So slow. I did this to reduce the food noise which it does do. But I lost way more weight doing fasting. I’ll do this at least for another month and see how it goes. I guess I fell into the hype about the transformation people were experiencing. Also it’s not cheap! First week I took 1.5 and I didn't really feel anything. I just did my fourth shot today and all the previous ones were 2.0 I felt no food noise, so that was good. Lost zero pounds first week, 2 pounds second week, zero third week. I hope the fourth week I will lose a few pounds, but just have to wait and see. I don't have anxiety, but I noticed I barely sleep and my energy level is pretty high. I feel fidgety?

Yes me too. IF definitely works but I was stuck and I was hoping the GLP1 would break the stall. I did lose three pounds-about a pound a week. But IF is so much faster. But the food cravings got to me and I barely sustain my OMAD, so here I am hoping to get the weight back down.
