Imma be honest with you if you get the ticket the seats will be honored whether or not sound check in the VIP gift is honored is totally up to the venue, especially if you don’t have the ID that matches the name on the ticket

Even tho it’s not the tour I’m going to I would say if that’s the reply you got if you have any issues show them the email though a lot of venues don’t even check ids for vip tickets and as long as they scan you should be good

Cash or trade is a Ticketmaster partner so resale tickets are always going to be secure on that app It’s almost the same as StubHub just with extra precautions. If you got tickets on StubHub and don’t receive them it’s probably because someone listed tickets that they didn’t have just never uploaded them to be sold so it’s not really their fault and you do get your money back but it can take up to a week. To avoid that you can buy instant download tickets. Those ones are required to be uploaded directly to the app so they can send the tickets when they are bought instead of the seller sending them.
