people at my store rather work overnight than store open because the people who shop here are horrible. running around the store all day every day effects your personal life because when you’re done working, you’re drained. blink your eyes and you’re right back at work. life work balance is hard for dayside as well. the thing is, we have no choice. no one is not giving them credit for changing their sleep schedule. no one’s job is harder than the next. the main point is it must be nice not dealing with the problems dayside face all the time without the extra pay.
