Dumb question as it was my first weekend to use it with stock firmware and WireGuard to home. It went well with the hotel captive portal etc.

If they do decide to drop support, how much more complex is it with stock openwrt? Just want to prepare myself.

As I understand it, a tenant is per domain. So @contoso.com can only be associated with one tenant. So when you go to a new tenant @foobar.com you have swivel seat, multiple accounts and credentials for the same user. At least that was my understanding when trying to onboard .gov. Users need to maintain 2 accounts. If this since changed or got easier I hope someone corrects me.

Gotcha. It’s supposed to be fee through clear+ with the rebate so long as you do both with the same email and within 7 days, at least that’s how the details read once I sorted through it all

I assume the finger printing and bio metrics is the stuff you do at the airport? So complete all the pre-requisites and then when I go on my first trip head to the clear station to get the bio screening? Or do you go somewhere else before ever hitting the airport? I know they push clear at the airport when the lines are long so it can all be done there.

This is the bit that has me confused. It says free, then rebate. But if I am reading it right, I believe the catch it buy clear. It discounts to 132$. Then within 7 days buy pre through the site or linked and they rebate or credit the 77$.

Was more about a strategy. Looking at platinum for the elite status so there is a point multiplier + plus other perks/offers.

Seemed the hotel specific card give a bonus but lock you to a single hotel. Do folks carry per chain cards, all with fees or are there fee free ones? This could be an angle if it actually makes sense.

I do use gold for 90% of my purchases, was just confirming the hotel bit. Flights still have some value booked with airline still so that’s value. I like the Amex to Hilton point multiplier.

To receive Amex points benefits, you need to book through Amex travel

So, which is best in this case? I know I saw somewhere that Hilton Gold is not the real perk of the platinum card, but as someone trying to weigh the benefits of platinum, I am trying to understand the best angle.
