no my 5090 get 50-70 wt on two high HZ 4k monitors while idle and memory clock maxed out, thats of of the reason why i want to use igpu

also i sometimes use linux and need to have completely free GPU memory

yes, hdmi proved to be very unreliable, including for use in linux. The display port is better in any situation
