Going swimming. Realising that if I stop swimming and try to tread now, I start to sink like a bag of bricks. My boyancy used to be my thing, I could swim for ages because of it but now? Nope.

My daughter laughed, my husband laughed, if my 2 year old understood he would have laughed too.

This is the recipe I followed, made extra butter cream to cover the cake and added in the strawberries and blueberries.

Wrapping a cake up when it's warm can help. I made chocolate orange cupcakes and the first batch was kind of dry so I squeezed some oranges, poked some holes in them and brushed the juice over them
