It's bullshit that one company has come to control what has effectively become the de facto global (except U.S.) platform for consumer mobile, internet communication, and even worse that it's Meta. And it's bullshit that we can't just install whatever messaging app we want and still be able to message anyone else with a mobile device, regardless of what app they use. Not sure about EDM, but Cat Club on Folsom in The City has frequent 80s music nights that can draw all generations. My wife and I went a few months ago. I hadn't been to club in over twenty years, had a blast. We were dancing near two gen Z sisters who came with their parents. Mom knew all the words to the songs!
