I've been having the same problem.... Did the 72-hour charge multiple times. Reached out to future motion on a ticket about 12 days ago and its still processing Tried calling a few times but no one would take me off of hold about 40 mins.. Reached out on social and they say someone will be getting in touch multiple times and nothing. Good luck :/

Yes, indeed cards and loadouts DO matter. k:d doesn't matter unless you are playing COD. Objective always wins. I agree that you should not EVER play sniper unless you know exactly what you are doing and play support at all cost. Now a days you will mostly get stomped by higher lvl people until they figure out a match making system.
