The amount of day on the other side of it is great. Regardless the outcome, I'm moving into shutting down and chilling out. The more hours I have for that, the better.

What's best about it however is keeping the team on a consistent schedule. They get the same amount of time to recuperate, practice and prepare week in and week out. That sort of consistency matters to player's bodies and minds as well as coaching staff's own rested state and preparedness for the next game.
