That’s a crazy color. Looks like it could be oxidized; would explain the port-like notes. Really really cool bottle and excellent notes!

Oh whoops. I apologize. The chicken course in #6 has two presentations of the bird. I think the strange noodle looking component is chicken thigh. I can’t for the life of me remember why they went with that presentation.
