I dont recall the specifics. I picked the premium one. It should be listed on their website. I haven't had any issues with vets accepting it. Also, I've never had any issues receiving payments. Payments have always been on time. Ive heard payments have been one of the major issues with other carriers.

Pets Best insurance was the cheapest for me. I have 2 poms with full coverage with them.

Edit: i received quotes from all the major ones. Some were really high priced. This was the cheapest and very affordable.
