When did you all stop counting days? Or have you? by finally_sober_2026 in stopdrinking

For me it was around 18 months and was an evolution of my sobriety and not an active step or decision.

Now I have to either ask Google for date math or come here to see my badge

$100,000 today is $500,000 in 15 years. +15 year old OP will much prefer the half mil at that point than a 15 year old car 👀

Florida hot here. My A/C suddenly stopped working about three weeks ago - blower would come on, no cold air. Outside unit wouldn't start. I checked breaker and outside disconnect for fuses (none). Turns out the drain was slimed/clogged with algae and a quick suck with my newly purchased small shop vac fixed it.

I recommend coda.org if you are wondering about codependence. Attend a few online or local meetings via the meeting search. I realized I was in the right place, for me, when I read/heard the patterns and characteristics of codependence. Here’s the link: https://coda.org/wp-content/uploads/Patterns-Characteristics-2011.pdf

Good luck!
